The fire safety training at the Cranberry fire station will include activities for a wide range of ages. They will start with dog safety and helmet safety, before moving into fire safety. Children will have a great photo op where they can sit inside the fire trucks and it will even include a house mockup where the kids can spray a mock fire with water hoses.
If there is enough interest, an additional fire extinguisher training can be set up for children 12 and older. This will include tips on how to best use a fire extinguisher and they will have the opportunity to put out a real fire.
PARKING: Please park in the rear parking lot on arrival. Front parking lot is for firefighters, first responders and equipment.
